Dream City is a community-powered nonprofit rooted in equity, collective care, and lived experience. We exist to ensure that people, especially those historically excluded, have access to the relationships, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Too many people navigate systems that were never designed with their lived experiences in mind. Dream City exists to change that by building spaces rooted in care, dignity, and opportunity.

Community Access Pricing

Weekday rates apply Monday–Thursday. Weekend rates apply Friday–Sunday. Holiday, high-impact, unusually complex or extended-hour reservations may require a custom quote.

Every Standard Rental Includes

Standard room setup, tables and chairs where applicable, room reset, facility support during the reservation and standard post-event cleaning.

Family Celebration Package

Dream City offers reduced package pricing for families hosting private, noncommercial celebrations in the A. Jordan Event Space.

Weekday: $500
Weekend: $700
Includes: One four-hour reservation

Eligible uses include birthdays, graduations, baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, anniversaries, repasts, celebrations of life and other approved family gatherings.

Additional time may be purchased at the standard A. Jordan Event Space hourly rate, subject to availability and advance approval.

All setup, decorating, vendor access, event activity, cleanup and departure must occur within the reserved four-hour block.

Mission Partner Rates

Qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits, schools, faith communities, neighborhood associations and government entities may qualify for reduced rates.

Standard Mission Partner Reservation: 15% off
Approved Off-Peak Reservation: 20% off Monday–Thursday before 5 p.m.

Discounts are based on mission alignment, documentation, availability and compliance with Dream City rental requirements.

Discounts do not stack, and community-access discounts do not apply to recurring packages, kitchen bundles, coworking memberships, storage, virtual office services, retail leases, deposits, damages or add-on services.
