NexGen supports youth as they grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose through education, mentorship, and authentic relationship-building. Youth are encouraged to show up as their full selves while developing critical life and leadership skills in environments rooted in care, consistency, and excellence.

Afterschool & Youth Development Programming
Through structured programming and open connection time, youth build relationships with peers and trusted adults while developing academic, social, and leadership skills. These spaces allow youth to be seen, supported, and challenged in ways that build confidence and long-term engagement.

Signature Youth Leadership Conferences
These conferences create intentional spaces where young people explore identity, leadership, confidence, and purpose. Through dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, and culturally responsive programming, youth engage in honest conversations, build peer connections, and gain practical tools they can apply in their lives, schools, and communities.

Workforce & Entrepreneurship Pathways
Through these pathways, youth gain paid employment, transferable workforce skills, exposure to entrepreneurship, and increased confidence and career readiness. These are not simulations, youth contribute real value to the community.

NEIGHBORHOOD AMBASSADORS CLEANUP
A youth and young adult–operated initiative providing neighborhood maintenance and litter removal in partnership with local business districts.
